Maggie Doyle

Maggie Doyle was posted to Mt.Thomas in the very first episode 'A Womans Place' after completing training at the Police academy. Policing is nothing new to Maggie, her father and two brothers have also been in the job. Her mother died of Cancer whilst she was training at the academy.
She lives in Mt.Thomas in her own house which she shares with colleage Dash McKinley.
She has had an on/off relationship with the station detective PJ Hasham, led into it by the heart but constantly put on hold by the reality of having to work together in close proximity as a team, and on a day-to-day basis.
Maggie is a popular and well respected member of the team at Mt.Thomas and is Sergeant Croydon's favourite officer, not that he'd ever admit it.

Graduated from WAPA and moved to Melbourne. First recognised as Coles checkout chick in their commercials. She auditioned but missed out on Annie Jone's Part in Newlyweds but she then got the part as Maggie Doyle on "Blue Heelers" (TV). Also trained as a classical singer. Won two successive Logies. 1st was for Best Newcomer (1995) and then in 1996 she won Silvr Logie (Female) and was nominated for Gold.
She shares/shared a house with her on-screen flat mate Tasma Walton.
